    Description

    Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems at a waste treatment plant, ensuring safety, functionality, and code compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install wiring, control, and lighting systems.
    • Inspect electrical components, identify problems, and repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures.
    • Read blueprints, plan electrical system layouts, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
    • Use testing devices to ensure system safety and troubleshoot electrical systems.
    • Communicate with clients, provide cost estimates, and report to the Site Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Electrical qualifications and completion of a technical school or apprenticeship program.
    • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role and environment (manufacturing).
    • Extensive experience in electrical equipment maintenance in a processing environment, preferably in waste and/or wastewater treatment.
    • Knowledge of planned maintenance systems, leadership, and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to work night and/or weekend shifts.
