    Your day at NTT DATA

    The Business Improvement Specialist evaluates strategies to enhance business efficiency, streamline processes and drive operational excellence. This role fosters a culture of continuous improvement and ensures sustainable growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process Analysis & Optimization: Assess and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and eliminate waste.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key business metrics and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies to drive business excellence.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure alignment on improvement projects.
    • Technology & Automation: Identify opportunities to implement digital solutions that improve workflow and productivity.
    • Project Management: Lead business improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
    • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and track progress of implemented strategies to measure effectiveness.
    • Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.

    Required Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business process improvement, operational optimization or strategy development.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and change management skills.
    • Ability to influence decision-makers and lead cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with business intelligence tools and automation software is an advantage.
