The People Advisory Team

The team you will be joining is positioned in the consulting leg of the business and is made up of a dynamic group of consultants dedicated to integrating strategy with people to drive workforce transformation.

Our experienced Organizational Development Consultants (ODCs) work across our capability areas, Organisational Development, Strategic Change and People Management (Human Capital) forming part of a culture that puts its people first and grows its talent through exposure to best and next practices, a caring environment, and an inclusive workforce.


As an Organizational Development Consultant, your main focus will be to collaborate with our clients, and leverage your expertise in organizational development to assess, strategize, and execute on solutions that help the business achieve its strategic imperative, drive high performance and productivity, generate value and measurable results whilst leaving no human behind.


  • Exhibit expertise across the Organizational Development process/lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Strategic Change Management and People Management (Human Capital) approaches, practices, and principles.
  • Drive successful outcomes with measurable value delivery.
  • Identify and build sound relationships with our clients and network partners.
  • Cultivate a learningoriented mindset by staying wellversed in essential technical and functional skills, as well as staying attuned to emerging industry and global trends.
  • Prioritise delivery excellence that gives the business a competitive advantage.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to junior team members, ensuring their success and growth within the team.
  • Identify and foster new business opportunities through research, networking, and business development.
  • Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.

Eligibility requirements:

Bachelor of Arts or Social Sciences degree majoring in any one of the following fields:

  • Industrial Psychology
  • Organisational Development
  • General Psychology
  • Human Resource/Capital Management
  • Business Management/Administration
  • Law and/or Labour Relations
  • At least 5 years' experience working experience in any of the above mentioned fields

Knowledge of policies, procedures, or relevant legislation:

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA)
  • Labour Relations Act (LRA)
  • Employment Equity Act (EEA)
  • Organisational Development
and Design methodologies

  • Change Management Methodologies
  • Registration with a professional body/association within your relevant field of practice
  • Certification in Organizational Development
  • Certification in Change Management
  • Certification in Job Grading systems
  • Business Analysis skills
