- Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a clerk in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in administration and logistics
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY RESULTS AREAS
- Reconcile purchase orders, collect documentation, and manage re-deliveries according to trip sheets and proof of deliveries, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure each purchase order contains the correct date, full name, and signature of the Receiving Clerk, adhering to established controls and procedures.
- Maintain accurate administration, records, and reconciliations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Address any driver or delivery issues that arise during the shift, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Manage receiving and dispatch issues promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations.

- Operate within established controls and procedures to maintain integrity, reporting risks or concerns to management within your operating area.
