Description

• Assist the setup process of the company & operations (operational processes, policies & procedures, Standard Operating Procedure's, staff recruitment, training, selection of suppliers, local regulatory requirements. Etc)
• Develop & Execute the Business Plan/Budgets/Balanced Score Card
• Develop Sales & Marketing efforts (including new client prospecting, develop suitable proposals for new customers) for the company to achieve revenue growth, secure new clients beyond the project anchor client & expand the service portfolio
• Develop all key suppliers to ensure company performance targets are met
• Develop the key anchor client relationship through value added initiatives, innovative logistics solutions
• Provide guidance & direction for logistics solutions to customers & internal productivity/quality improvement projects
• Ensure compliance in Environment, Health and Safety, Financial, Systems & Controls
• Set Financial targets & performance evaluation of same on regular basis ensuring continual improvement
• Implement measures to elevate professionalism and efficiency in the workplace, develop skills of existing staff, attract highquality talent, and find synergies with other Divisions to achieve operational excellence

• Should have a Degree in a related field
• Must have a Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Tracking business.
• An effective leader in a multicultural and diverse workplace
• Strong commercial abilities with a keen eye for market opportunities and threats
• Should be able to overcome adversity during the competition by employing smart strategic and tactical techniques
• Able to manage extensive travelling worldwide and social interaction with principals, partners & customers after hours and at weekends.
