Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

To be able to compile a complete monthly wage run, vet run as well as accurate bonus calculations and relative payroll input
Provide effective and timeous administrative support
Accurately capture and maintain data on various systems daily, including JDE and Blick
Request and expedite material and follow up on open orders timeously
Match Proof of Delivery, Goods Received Note and Invoice for correctness
Capture orders, GRN on delivery note or invoice and follow up on creditor queries
Prepare daily / monthly costing reports on open orders and ad hoc queries
Liaise with the HR, Procurement and Finance departments to follow up on administrative queries
Maintain effective controls to ensure data integrity and effective record keeping
Process documents timeously and efficiently
Assist with monthly certificate accurate capturing of hrs for mine.
Accurate capture of employee leave on ESS, verify against time-sheets and escalate irregularities
Assist with resolution of creditor, JDE and procurement queries
Assist with ad-hoc employee payroll and HR administration duties, escalate to the relevant depts.
Proactive risk identification and mitigation

Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent
Office Administration qualification or similar at NQF Level 5 or National N6 Diploma
MS Office proficient (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
Fully conversant in English (written and verbal)
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
At least 4 years of experience in a clerical / administration position, if obtained NQF 5 qualification
At least 1.5 years of experience in a clerical / administration position, if obtained N6 National Diploma
Possess an understanding of document control, procurement, payroll and HR administration
