As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Customer Service Team Leaders to help drive our customer service team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
Monitor and manage call centre metrics to ensure highquality service.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development for team members.
Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improved customer service.
Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service campaign
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in call centre software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours.
