Looking for an experienced relocation coordinator in Cape Town to join our team.


The GMC will be expected to coordinate and manage missions from our Cape Town Head Office to our branches throughout Africa.

This is a full-time office-based position with no option to work from home.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of relocation services for corporate clients into Africa,
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a good understanding of the clients' specific needs.
  • Dealing with high caliber clients and as such, exceptionally high customer service skills are required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Excellent communications skills / excellent spoken and written English
  • High energy, positive attitude, and demeanour, proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks rapidly
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to source information
  • Good listening and negotiation skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Five (5) years of direct Customer Service experience
The following experiences will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience in Logistics, HR mobility or related fields.
  • Travels into Africa
  • Proficiency in other languages (ideally French, Portuguese or Spanish)
  • Expatriate living experience.
