    Job Title: Senior Manager, Incident Management

    Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful resolution.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute incident management strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Respond to reported service incidents, identify causes, and initiate incident management processes.
    • Assign and escalate incidents to resolver groups or individuals, ensuring overall responsibility in the Incident Management process.
    • Manage major incidents and events, setting up incident and crisis management teams as needed.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience in Operations.
    • ITIL V3 Foundation certification (desirable).
    • Cisco or similar certification (desirable).
    • 5-8 years of experience in a telecommunications environment.
    • Technical experience and relevant certification (essential).
    • At least 3 years of experience in incident management.
    • Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
    • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.

    Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proactive notification and updates of service failures. Ensure efficient use of ERP tools and implement procedures to deliver a unified service within the department.

    Requirements:

    Salary: R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
