Description
Ability to read and work from manufacturing drawings and schematics, bill of materials, and diagrams to build cables and wire harnesses assembly

Perform assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units

Build in product integrity during assembly the first time to avoid and minimize rework, quality rejects, scrap and late shipments to customers

Familiar with basic hand tools, cutters, wire strippers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, heat gun


Requirements**- Previous experience as assembler or job in similar environment an advantage.

  • Must be prepared to work overtime on occasions.
  • Must have matric as a minimum. IPCS certificate an advantage
  • Must have unendorsed drivers licence
  • Aptitude for learning new things
  • Must focus on ensuring quality procedures and specifications are met

Salary:
R6,000.00 per month
