An established Law Firm in Somerset West is looking to employ a dynamic, experienced, and competent Litigation Attorney with at least 4 years post-admission experience in the field of litigation.
This applicant must display a high level of professionalism, be able to multitask and be highly competent.Qualifications, Experience and other requirements:
- LLB degree.
- 4+ Years' experience as an Admitted Attorney.
- Experience with High Court and Magistrate's Court Litigation.
- Must have a strong marketing ability.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Experience fields: Drafting pleadings, heads of argument, court experience inclusive of opposed motions, trials and criminal law work.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Be capable of working independently and under instructions, where required.
