    We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team in Pretoria and Cape Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement additional features and modules as required.
    • Analyze client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal departments through effective communication.
    • Manage project activities and ensure timely completion.
    • Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate meetings and workshops.
    • Interpret issues and develop creative solutions to meet long-term business needs.
    • Perform thorough system testing and present findings.
    • Create bespoke reports and interfaces to meet client requirements.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or degree in commerce or human resources.

    Experience

    • At least 3 years' experience in payroll or HRIS with Sage 300 and/or Premier.

    This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

    We are looking for a professional who can adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
