Description

Holdsport Group (Pty) Ltd is looking for an energetic individual to join their Head Office Finance Payroll Team as a Temp Payroll Clerk.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric qualification with Maths or Accounting
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role (Advantageous)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Deadline driven and problem solver
  • Good Excel Skills ie VLOOKUP & Pivots (Advantageous)

Key Outputs:

Perform general administrative tasks and attend to queries.

Assist Administrators by ensuring that the weekly/ monthly payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Ensure that documentation has been submitted within the required deadlines and assist with the collection of outstanding documents.

Check the accuracy, completeness and correctness of payroll documentation.

Monitor the flow of Payroll documentation and ensure that any corrections are timeously returned

Electronic and Manual Filing of various documents.
