Dispatch Supervisor for Car Rental - Northern Suburbs, South Africa - Astor Automotive Staff
Description
Our client is a large and still growing international Car Rental company and they are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor for their Cape Town Depot.
You will be responsible for daily fleet planning, managing the effective flow process of vehicles from depot to airport, monitoring fleet and drivers and ensuring top quality standards are upheld at all times.
You will also handle staff shift rosters and relevant administrative duties.It is essential that you have some dispatch experience in car rental in a supervisory capacity, a valid driver's license, own transport and be flexible in working hours.
Job Requirements
Must have at least 1 year of Dispatch Supervisor experience in car rental.
A valid drivers license and own transport.
Computer literate - Excel is essential.
Excellent leadership skills.
Matric or equal.
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.
