    We are seeking a mid-level Multimedia & Graphic Designer with 5-10 years of experience to join our creative Communications and Marketing Team.

    The role is central to shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the Foundation across multiple platforms, working closely with the Communications Lead, Communications Coordinator, and project team leads.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communications while contributing to the strategic direction of the Foundation's communication efforts.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Design artwork for social media content, reports, presentations, newsletters, advocacy campaigns, and event branding in alignment with our mission.
    • Develop illustrations, logos, infographics, and other creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
    • Conceptualize and execute branding projects, packaging designs, and digital marketing assets.
    • Manage and update the Foundation's website, blog, and other digital/social media platforms with relevant visual content.
    • Work closely with project teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual materials.
    • Ensure all design work aligns with the Foundation's communication strategy and brand identity.
    • Capture and edit high-quality photographs at Foundation events and initiatives to document impact and storytelling.
    • Edit video content for social media, awareness campaigns, and event highlights using tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
    2. 5-10 years of experience as a Graphic or Multimedia Designer, preferably in an NGO or corporate social impact team setting.
    3. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, branding, photography, and video editing work.
    4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    5. Experience with photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video editing is an advantage.
    6. Familiarity with Canva, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and social media design trends is beneficial.
