    Prefer candidate must have experience in production manufacturing.
    • Ability to manage people, including 7 direct reports and 450 indirect reports.
    • Decision maker and problem solver.
    • Understanding of the BCEA and Labour relations, including dealing with trade unions.
    • General commercial decision-making abilities.
    • Experience in optimizing production processes.
    • Sage X3 or similar ERP system experience specifically around stock management and control.
    • Stocktake management abilities in an ERP environment.
    • Capex management and control.
    • Experience interacting with a retail customer base at NPD and production level.
    • Management of NPD process and teams led by NPD Manager.
    • Management of QC process and teams led by QC manager.

    Requirements:

    • Suitable tertiary education for a production/management role.
    • Minimum 5 years of management experience in an FMCG/perishable/frozen manufacturing environment.
    • Minimum 5 years production management experience.
