    Job Summary: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hotel and restaurant environment. Your duties will include learning and adapting to standard procedures, providing personalized service to guests, and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

    Main Responsibilities:
    1. Greet residential guests by name when serving them, meeting and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
    2. Learn and understand food principles to explain them to guests, becoming familiar with and presenting menu and wine list information when asked.
    3. Set up tables according to design standards, taking food and drink orders promptly and correctly inputting them into the POS system.
    4. Ensure all bills are accurate during billing processes, communicating effectively with the kitchen regarding orders, requests or issues.
    5. Maintain a clean and neat restaurant and related areas at all times, undertaking ad-hoc duties as required (bar, day spa, Forum and pool service).
    6. Adhere to Health and Safety requirements set out by the company, providing excellent and friendly customer service at all times.
    7. Play a role in maintaining a high standard of teamwork through assistance to management and colleagues whenever required.
