- A B.Sc. in Agriculture (Specialization in Agronomy and/or Soil Science)
- 5 years of experience in the field of Agronomy
- Deliver expert fertilization and agronomic guidance to agricultural enterprises
- Provide strategic assistance to Omnia representatives and agents
- Work closely with Omnia Regional Management to enhance the marketing strategy
- Comprehensive knowledge of fertilizer and chemical products with an emphasis on fertilization recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of computer applications
- Interest in a dynamic marketing landscape
- Understanding of client requirements and value addition concepts
