_JOB VACANCY_

MoMo Dedicated Foot Soldier Agents_

Duties and Tasks:

Register NEW Customers on the MoMo App
Assisting existing customers with transacting on the MoMo App
Sale of MoMo Products and Services from MoMo Agent Account accordance to standards required by the company and achieve set targets
Provide customer service and educate the customers on MoMo, products available and all MTN
Provide product knowledge on MoMo Products and Services and Facilitate Cash Ins and Cash Outs
Log any disputes that arise from sales on the appropriate escalation points given and respond to customer

Requirements:

Grade 1
Financial background and sales agent background
Previous experience in the MoMo and Telecoms environment will be advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication
Literacy in Microsoft office
Ability to work well independently
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays and after hours
Trustworthy and reliable

Remuneration:
