Key Performance Indicators

  • Validating customer call offs via automatic system directly from customer or through sales office.
  • Constant evaluation of inventory in terms of readiness for production to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Responsible for keeping all logistics systems updated regarding order planning cycle.
  • Validating stock coverage, risks, as well as slow and obsolete material.
  • Material requirements planning on a short term, medium term and long term basis.
  • Responsible for the entire supply chain.
  • Supporting with the appropriate storage system for raw material.
  • Assist to maintain a high level of stock accuracy in WFJ
  • Coordination of the supply chain, from the call off to the delivery
  • Responsible for raw material/ bought in goods / packaging provisioning

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualification in Logistics
  • Automotive manufacturing knowledge and experience
  • Experience of coordinating the supply chain, from call off to delivery
  • Knowledge of Raw Materials, FG &WIP
  • Proficient in MS office(particularly MS Excel)
  • Excellent organization, report writing and planning skills
  • Able to handle pressure
  • Able to run with certain tasks/projects independently
  • Good report writing and analysing skills.
  • 3 5 years experience in the position of raw material
procurement/planning( local and international)- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Logistics System s Knowledge (i.e. master data setup, interpreting,

stock movement codes etc.)
