    The Engineering Innovation Specialist drives technological advancements and ensures the successful launch of market-driven products. This role leads the development of scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems, mentors junior developers, and translates business objectives into innovative technical solutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in backend development with a focus on launching market-driven products.
    • Expertise in NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, and related frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of REST APIs, performance, and security standards.
    • Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools like Docker and GitHub CI/CD.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and code review processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
    • Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
    • A minimum of 5+ years of backend development experience focused on market-driven product launches.
