Warwick Wine Estate is looking for an energetic and ambitious individual with a passion for the Hospitality Industry to join our team as a Front of House Manager.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
2+ years' experience in a similar position and industry
4+ years' experience in similar hospitality environment
English language proficiency
Customer serviceoriented
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good understanding of Hospitality procedures and practices
Computer literacy (MS Office, POS & Booking systems)
Formal wine education will be advantageous
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

Daily management of the FOH team and duties
Opening and closing duties
General maintenance and management of equipment
Coordinating and supervising employee activities to ensure an overall efficient and pleasant customer experience
Responsible for accurate record keeping and management of employee attendance, wages, tips, leave etc.
Dealing with customers queries, complaints and compliments
General FOH Management duties
