    4. Promote continuous improvement, focusing on labor efficiency in processes.
    5. Leverage expertise to initiate and lead investment, automation projects, and collaborate with process owners for seamless handovers.
    6. Analyze opportunities for layout improvements to boost efficiency.
    7. Design and refine tracking and reporting processes to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly productivity and man-hours.
    8. Develop and enhance jig and fixture designs to amplify process efficiency.
    9. Streamline material handling and process flow in existing processes.
    10. Collaborate with Agile product teams as a valued member.
    11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for current products.
    12. Evaluate feasibility for new product projects through comprehensive analysis.
    13. Conduct detailed layout studies to ensure optimal use of resources.
    14. Carry out capacity studies to inform strategic decisions.
    15. Assess the need for jigs/tools/fixtures in new product projects.
    16. Develop efficient material flow systems for new processes.
    17. Enhance Material Handling and Material Flow capabilities.
    18. Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing, delivery, customer experience, or other systems, and implement solutions to boost productivity and quality.
    19. Monitor production performance against established standards and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
    20. Conduct feasibility studies for new investment projects to inform strategic decisions.
    21. Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement recommendations for improving productivity or performance.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) or Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.Sc. Eng.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
    2. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in the Durable Goods or Automotive Industry.
    3. Proven ability to reduce waste and improve productivity through effective engineering practices.
    4. Self-motivated and driven individual who excels in analytical and deductive thinking.
    5. Comfortable working hands-on, actively engaging with site processes to analyze and implement improvements.
    6. Team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.
    7. Strong problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
    8. Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
    9. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.
    10. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Muda Elimination principles.
    11. Experience with simulation programs and data analytics tools.
