    **Job Overview**

    **Assistant Front Office Manager Role**

    The Assistant Front Office Manager oversees and supervises the operations of Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, and Night Audit departments.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    1. Policies and Procedures: Ensure all Front Office policies and procedures are followed.
    2. VIP Service: Exceed daily expectations for VIP guests.
    3. Guest Experience: Coordinate arrival, stay, and departure experiences for all guests.
    4. Departmental Vision: Understand and promote hotel and departmental vision.
    5. Leadership: Lead by example and foster an environment of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Empowerment, and positive colleague relations.
    6. Standards: Develop and maintain department standards, adhering to Accor's standards.
    7. Talent Development: Provide direction and support to Guest Relations Managers, Front Office supervisors, and Ambassadors in their daily tasks.
    8. Supply Management: Ensure Front Office team members have necessary supplies to perform duties.
    9. Communication: Communicate effectively with other leaders in the department and hotel.
    10. Operational Balance: Balance operational, administrative, and Ambassador needs.
    11. Consistency: Ensure consistency in exceeding guest service expectations.
    12. Brand Promotion: Energize the brand by promoting our Guest loyalty program.
    13. Staffing: Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of Front Office Ambassadors according to productivity guidelines.
    14. Shift Communication: Communicate through pre-shift meetings, logs, emails, and departmental operational meetings.
    15. VIP Review: Review arrival reports and VIPs to ensure special requirements are met or exceeded.
    16. Colleague Evaluations: Conduct timely performance evaluations, including corrective action and coaching. Directly influence hotel effectiveness through recruitment, hiring, training, and motivation of Front Office Ambassadors.

    **Requirements**

    1. A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management (asset) or Bachelor's degree and/or diploma in Hospitality or another related field.
