    Description

    Our client is seeking a Supplies Specialist to optimize supplier relationships, manage inventory, and streamline order fulfillment processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with global standards while addressing local market needs and aligning supply chain activities with business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party fulfillment partners.
    • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to secure optimal terms.
    • Monitor and oversee daily operations of third-party fulfillment centers to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Develop and track performance metrics, including order accuracy and inventory management.
    • Conduct performance reviews and audits of fulfillment partners to ensure SLA adherence.
    • Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.
    • Collaborate with partners to manage inventory levels and optimize stock turnover.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Address fulfillment-related issues with customer service teams to improve the customer experience.
    • Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the fulfillment process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align fulfillment strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including logistics providers and vendors.

    • Strong knowledge of logistics, contracts, and financial principles.
    • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of quality management.
    • Proficiency in identifying improvement areas and driving operational change.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure in time-sensitive environments.
    • Strong communication and networking skills.
    • High integrity and consistently high performance.
    • Knowledge of sustainability practices in a fulfillment context.
    • At least 6 years of experience in supply chain management.
    • Proven expertise in operations management, supplier relationship management, and process optimization.
    • Experience in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
    • A diploma in Procurement Management is an advantage.
