    The Role

    We're seeking an experienced Sales and Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring efforts. As a key member of our small team, you'll be responsible for managing high volumes of applications, sourcing top talent, and driving hiring quality. You'll work closely with our recruitment platform, Ashby, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

    • Manage high volumes of applications efficiently, making sure all candidates receive a fair and positive experience.
    • SOURCE top talent for challenging and competitive roles using innovative methods.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborate with our team to drive results and achieve goals.
