Executive Management Assistant -
Muldersvlei -
R25,000-R30,000 (Negotiable)


We are seeking an experienced and versatile Executive Management Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Information Systems, Finance & Sustainability Manager.


This manager is responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

  • Setup, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and other cloud information systems
  • Business
intelligence collection and reporting

  • Management of the Finance Team, financial reporting, planning & forecasting
  • Staff skills development, benefits, wellness programs and employment equity
  • Environmental data and reporting
  • Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and reporting
  • Manage compliance with statutory obligations in the mining field

Requirements:


  • Tertiary (post matric) qualification in a relevant field, with preference given to IT and accounting disciplines
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a multifunctional support role, demonstrating adaptability across various business functions.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools

Responsibilities:

This role will work closely with the manager to:

  • Provide all levels of administrative support to the manager as required
  • Assist with the execution of all the above functional areas, with much room for growth in your level of responsibility and seniority
  • Work with staff from all other departments to ensure the efficient implementation, continued operation and integrity of our ERP, cloud information and business intelligence systems
