    Job Overview

    This permanent position is based in Midvaal, Gauteng. As a Warranty Administrator, you will handle all aspects of warranty administration for commercial vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will oversee warranty documents, monitor fraudulent claims, maintain records, and keep up-to-date with factory recalls and company announcements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and process warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
    • Maintain an organized system for warranty records and customer information.
    • Monitor potential fraudulent claims and take necessary actions.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Grade 12 is required, with additional qualifications in warranty administration or automotive service advantageous.
    • Min 3-5 years of experience in warranty administration within the commercial truck dealership / workshop industry.
    • Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Pinnacle, CDK, SAP, Kerridge) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with warranty processes, documentation, and claim handling.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with manufacturers and clients.

    Salary & Benefits

    The salary for this role is market related TCTC (+ industry-related benefits), available and negotiable.
