    About the Job

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage investigation lifecycles on our Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) system.
    • Develop investigation methodologies to address reported non-compliances.
    • Conduct internal investigations into breaches of company codes, policies, procedures, and controls, including data analytics and evidence collection.
    • Support external forensic investigations of complex matters.
    • Maintain a panel of external forensic experts.
    • Hold weekly meetings with senior management to discuss ongoing investigations and secure necessary approvals.
    • Analyze root causes of non-compliances and implement corrective actions.
    • Document and present evidence of effective implementation of approved recommendations.
    • Provide feedback on investigation outcomes to stakeholders and employees.
    • Report trends in non-compliance to governance committees.
    • Disclose fraud and corruption incidents to authorities.
    • Testify on behalf of the company in inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Audit, Risk, Forensics, Law, or IT.
    • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is advantageous.
    • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a related role.
