    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility tech company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and addressing them with exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create new business opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling services to existing clients.
    • Follow up on leads and close deals through effective negotiation and relationship management.
    • Act as the key interface between customers and Cartrack, providing top-notch customer service throughout the relationship.
    • Administer commercial client accounts with precision and attention to detail, focusing on quality and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on customer relations.
    • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute administrative tasks effectively.
    • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and strong negotiation skills.
    • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software experience.
