A company within the Retail/FMCG sector is looking an experienced Direct Store Sales Area Assistant Manager to become part of their growing team at their Sandton branch.
- Requirements:_
- National Senior Certificate/Matric
- Degree in Business Management or similar is required
- Understanding of office software: SAGE
- Valid driver's licence
- 35 years of industry sales experience in running multiple stores
- Manage the daytoday operations in 1519 stores
- Oversee the daytoday shop procedures ensuring quality standards
- Ensuring that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures
