Sales Coordinator - Centurion, South Africa - Oracle HR
Description
A well-established software company in Centurion is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator.Requirements:
- 3+ years in similar role.
- Previous experience as Account Executive, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative will be ideal.
- Degree / diploma in related field will be advantageous.
- Driver's licence and own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Keep our CRM (currently Freshsales) up to date with all lead and client interactions, ensuring that all information is accurate and current.
- Ownership of making sure all leads and opportunities (international and local) are categorised correctly in CRM for future followups.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports on CRM data using a provided template, highlighting key sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and other relevant information to support sales strategy development.
- Marketing Channel Monitoring: Oversee all marketing channels to gather and analyse data on lead generation efforts.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation to enhance lead quality and volume.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing sales documents, and facilitating communication between departments.
- Followups: Conduct followups with leads and clients according to rules and schedules set in the CRM, ensuring timely engagements and moving opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Proposal Creation: Develop and prepare proposals for potential clients, aligning with company offerings and client needs, to support the sales process.
- Send out Cold mails based on Templates: For any new initiatives that comes from marketing, sometimes we need to alter the current messaging and it won't always be automated, thus sending out manual mails might be required
- Enhance the sales process to ensure that the sales process is as efficient as possible. − Creates a plan for engaging the target market that involves an online social media strategy and a marketing and events strategy that will lead to company exposure. − An in depth understanding of the different products and solutions that the company has to offer in order to advise the customer as efficiently as possible.
- Coming up with ideas and suggestions (based on client engagement feedback) on how to improve the company sales conversion rate.
- Keeping electronic notes of client requirements during meetings to simplify the technical sales engagement.
- Implement a sameday response KPI for new leads that come through especially taking extra care to service promising leads that come through and giving them a 'whiteglove' service experience
- Identify and raise areas in the sales process that are not working efficiently
- Competitive mindset to beat the competition in every way by: 1) creating relationships with leads that come through; 2) regular followups with qualified contacts and; 3) ensure smooth journey of contact through the sales process.
Pay:
R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
