As the Software Engineering Lead, you will spearhead the creation of innovative software systems and end-to-end solutions that align with business needs and customer demands.

Your responsibilities will encompass systems engineering and solution design across the organization's extensive tech stack, spanning from back end to front end.

Leading multi-disciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with product owners, software engineers, and interfaces across the organization's Centers of Excellence.

Your role will be pivotal in driving the evolution of the technical landscape, consistently enhancing and optimizing the bank's overall effectiveness.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering solutions in notable leadership roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of internet technologies and security principles.
  • Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the software industry.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Salary:
R R900.00 per hour
