Description

A High occupancy lodge is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager with multiple dining venues and function experience

Package:
Full live-in house courters, meals, uniform and pension fund.

Three week-on and one week off working base schedule

Experience and knowledge will determine salary bracket

Duties and Responsibility:

Assist F&B Manager in her/his absence of work, completing duties as head of department.
Ensure efficient operation of assigned F&B service outlets
Ensure Employees in department are trained, managed and critical human resource administration are kept up to date.
Ensure full focus in cost control and minimum stock loss.
Ensure smooth running of service per departmental standards and requirements
Assist/ Manage the health and safety requirements of department

Requirements:

2-3 Years working experience in similar role

Hospitality diploma or certificates will be a value add for consideration
