RESTAURNAT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced individual who enjoys working in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

The Manager needs to promote and grow the business and ensure that customers are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service.

You will also manage inventory and ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, create schedules.

Individual should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently, should be a skilled communicator with excellent problem solving, observation, and interpersonal skills.

Manager Responsibilities:

Engaging with customers during shifts, ensuring they are receiving the highest level of service, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for all stock.
Overall management of the restaurant, ensuring all bar and floor supplier orders are placed in a timeously manner, ensuring stock is accounted for, inventory is completed, individuals are working efficiently and fulfilling their job roles.
Training, reviewing and management of staff to provide excellent service to customers.
Completing all administrative tasks in a timeously manner.
Managing and directing all members of staff team to ensure they are fulfilling their job role.
Creating effective schedules.
Diffusing tense situations between customers or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed
Report feedback to owners on a regular basis.
Stock take and stock control.
Cashups and month endings.
