Required are strong management skills for a high-pressure workshop with fast job turn-over. Manage a team of technicians through their normal workday as well as an overtime team when required.

You should be used to monitoring on-floor activities as well as workshop related admin accurately, must be approachable, and have a strong automotive mechanical knowledge.

Staff retention policies and management transparency skills may be exercised.
