    Description

    We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our client's engineering consulting team. As a Civil Engineer in the consulting industry, you will work on a variety of projects, providing engineering solutions and expertise to clients in both the public and private sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop engineering designs and plans
    • Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility
    • Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications
    • Perform calculations and analysis to ensure design integrity and safety
    • Coordinate with other team members, including architects and surveyors, to complete projects on time and within budget
    • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
    • Stay up-to-date with industry codes and regulations
    • Attend meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and findings

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering
    • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Familiarity with industry codes and regulations
    • Experience in the consulting industry is preferred
