Description

A large retail company is looking for Trainee Operations Manager to join their team and assist the Trainee Stores Operations Manager in their Western Cape Branches.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Matric (Grade12)

Retail Management Diploma or similar

3 years minimum experience gained as a
Branch Manager with in a Retail environment

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good time management skills

Planning and Organising

DUTIES:

Maximize profits of the region

Monitor and ensure consistent implementation of company policies, standards, procedures and systems within the region

Regular branch inspections

Report writing

Ensure successful opening of new stores
