    Vehicle Invoicing Clerk Role

    Our client, Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Invoicing Clerk to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing vehicle invoices, ensuring proper documentation, and assisting with the preparation of sales reports.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and process vehicle invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
    • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
    • Maintain and update records of vehicle sales and transactions.
    • Assist with reporting and tracking sales data as required.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in vehicle invoicing or a similar role is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
