- Prepare and process vehicle invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update records of vehicle sales and transactions.
- Assist with reporting and tracking sales data as required.
- Previous experience in vehicle invoicing or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
