Introduction


Our client, a leading short-term lending company that supports SMME's and Entrepreneurs with funding based in Sandton is looking for a Fund Support Consultant.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating project activities.
  • Managing project schedules.
  • Arranging project assignments.
  • Communicating progress to all team members.
  • All relevant administrative duties.
  • Prepare and provide project documentation in the prescribed format, to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer compliance.
  • Retrieve necessary information.
  • Schedule regular project meetings, record agendas, distribute necessary documentation and meeting minutes, and record decisions.
  • Collate meeting minutes and decisions and communicate to stakeholders in prescribed format.
  • Attend appropriate internal and external meetings as agreed with the Project Coordinator.
Desired Experience & Qualification

  • NQF level 6 qualification.
Years relevant experience as a Banking Teller / Consultant.

  • Project management experience or qualification will be advantageous.
