    Job Title: Content Specialist/Manager

    Location: Remote (Full-Time)

    Key Responsibilities

    Media & Marketing

    • Create and execute advertising strategies on multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube to maximize brand visibility.
    • Design ad campaigns, set up conversion trackers, monitor performance, and adjust strategies as needed to drive engagement and performance.
    • Develop engaging, data-driven content aligned with brand and marketing goals to drive strong brand visibility and engagement.

    Video Production

    • Create, edit, and optimize video content for various platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
    • Evaluate and refine video content to ensure it is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
    • Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance the impact of video content.

    Email Marketing & Outreach

    • Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build connections and relationships.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and automation to increase engagement and conversions.
    • Gather and organize data for targeted outreach efforts and perform follow-ups via phone calls and other communication channels.

    Graphic Design

    • Design marketing materials such as website banners, advertisements, logos, and brochures that align with the company's visual identity and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visuals that support the company's brand message.

    Website Support & Funnel Optimization

    • Assist in building and optimizing sales funnels to improve website conversions and user experience.
    • Work closely with the development team to enhance website performance and user engagement.

    SEO Management

    • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve content visibility and search engine rankings.
    • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and optimize on-page and off-page optimization.
    • Manage Google My Business listings and optimize local SEO performance to improve online presence.
    • Monitor website analytics and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
    • IDentify and execute opportunities to build backlinks and improve website authority.
