Assisting with daily Store Cash Up Reconciliations

Assisting with Other Income Reconciliations

Filing

Compiling and maintaining Fleet's Filing System

Compiling Weekly Vehicle Checklist, identifying Faults and Repairs needed
-
Collating Coupons for submission to Coupon Clearing Bureau
-
Liaising with Store Managers and Supervisors regarding daily reconciliation queries
-
Other Ad-Hoc Administrative Duties
REQUIREMENTS
-
Matriculation with a good command of the English Language
-
Basic Accounting knowledge (AccPac would be an advantage)
-
Retail Experience would be an advantage
-
Flexible and must be able to work under pressure and independently

MS Excel - strong Excel skills required
