    Job Summary:

    Lead a team in Fraud Solutions focused on executing fraud mitigation strategies, delivering high-quality customer and colleague experiences, and identifying, investigating, and resolving fraud.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement effective strategies for detecting, preventing, and investigating fraudulent activities.
    • Manage new rules from Fraud Strategy and provide input on the latest fraud trends to maintain and create effective rules.
    • Translate strategic plans into operational processing objectives and tactical plans.
    • Understand the overall fraud environment and its dynamics to achieve business objectives through optimal delivery across customer interfaces and cross-functional areas.
    • Identify business drivers, customer experience pain points, and service challenges, recommend remedial programs, and implement agreed-upon solutions.
    • Execute the customer experience strategy and deliver the desired customer experience.
    • Manage the business efficiently and continually enhance existing capabilities to deliver superior standards of efficiency and service.
    • Oversee continuous improvement in analysis, case management systems, and information technology architecture.
    • Take overall responsibility for managing team members to achieve business performance objectives and targets.
    • Implement productivity improvement measures and ongoing coaching and training.
    • Address process failures and delivery challenges specific to the team under management.
    • Ensure prevention of loss and adhere to procedures, risk control meetings, and recommended training.
    • Coordinate completion of corrective actions to resolve governance breaches.
    • Ensure adherence to Risk and Policy Frameworks and compliance with relevant frameworks.
    • Support completion of attestations and review and approve Risk and Control Risk Self Assessments (RCSA's).
    • Builddeliver empathetic customer engagements given the emotive and complex nature of conversations related to fraud events.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Business degree (NQF Level 7 equivalence)
    • Fraud qualification will be advantageous
    • Minimum 3 years Leadership experience
    • Fraud Technical experience will be advantageous
    • Operations experience will be advantageous

    Education:

    • Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
