    3 to 5 Years of related experience
    Own vehicle
    Valid Drivers license (Non Negotiable)

    Job duties
    • Assist sales team with administrative duties, including preparing agreements and sales documentation.
    • Coordinate proper photography and open houses.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of sales, spreadsheets for budgeting, files, client interactions, agent details, and registrations of the agents with the PPRA.
    • Processing the sales and liaising with all the role players such as banks/bonds/attorneys/buyers/sellers/compliance contractors.
    • Prepare marketing material for social media and mail drops or emails.
    • Updating the websites with the property listings and preparing window displays.
    • Deal with maintenance rental/properties managed, issues reported.
    • Understanding the problem, and liaising with the tenant-landlord and contractor to ensure the issue is fixed and invoiced.
    • Provide full administrative support to the sales agents and maintenance function for rentals.
    • Share reception duties with the receptionist by relieving at lunchtime and when the receptionist is off.
    • Skills required: the ability to multitask, the ability to stay calm in stressful situations, be ability to prioritize, and good administration skills to keep to deadlines and follow up.
    • Knowledge of real estate industry practices would be an advantage

    Salary:

    R10 500 to R Depending on experience and qualification)
