- Assist sales team with administrative duties, including preparing agreements and sales documentation.
- Coordinate proper photography and open houses.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales, spreadsheets for budgeting, files, client interactions, agent details, and registrations of the agents with the PPRA.
- Processing the sales and liaising with all the role players such as banks/bonds/attorneys/buyers/sellers/compliance contractors.
- Prepare marketing material for social media and mail drops or emails.
- Updating the websites with the property listings and preparing window displays.
- Deal with maintenance rental/properties managed, issues reported.
- Understanding the problem, and liaising with the tenant-landlord and contractor to ensure the issue is fixed and invoiced.
- Provide full administrative support to the sales agents and maintenance function for rentals.
- Share reception duties with the receptionist by relieving at lunchtime and when the receptionist is off.
- Skills required: the ability to multitask, the ability to stay calm in stressful situations, be ability to prioritize, and good administration skills to keep to deadlines and follow up.
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices would be an advantage
