Description
Our client, Specialist Urologist in Pretoria Noord, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.


This practice is extremely busy and experience in working in a Urology practice is preferred, proficiency with Vericlaim or similar software.

Accurately booking off theatre lists and assisting patients with regards to admission times.

You must be able to manage day to day administration duties within the practice, liaise with billing company and hospital staff.

Attend to general queries from patients. Assistance with typing of medical reports to referring doctors will be required.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Management of diary
  • Liaison with hospital staff
  • Directing and communicating admission processes with patients
  • Booking of theatre and compiling theatre lists
  • Manage and solve patient queries
  • Communicate accurate and correct billing information
  • Typing of reports to referring healthcare providers
  • Time management both personal and professional

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working in a Urology practice
  • Proficiency in working with Vericlaim (or similar software)
  • Experience in compiling theatre lists

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 17:00


Salary:

R to R 15 000
