    As a Business Development Representative in our client's Sales Team, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and growing existing relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a progressive organization and contribute to the company's success.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Penetrate new markets and develop strategic customer relationships to drive sales growth.
    • Grow the sales of corporate clothing range and actively promote related products.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and activities to identify and secure new business.
    • Finding and developing client solutions that will lead to sales.
    • Meet monthly and annual sales targets by effectively managing your time and resources.
    • Prepare and deliver client presentations, and complete sales reports.
    • Handle client liaison, and execute relevant administrative responsibilities.

    **Requirements:**

    • A matric qualification or equivalent, and preferably a suitable post-Matric qualification in Sales.
    • A successful track record in sales, preferably in print and labelling.
    • Computer literacy in Word and Excel, and a high level of numeracy.
    • A self-motivated, energetic, persistent hunter who can identify and secure new business.
    • A strong customer service orientation with the ability to develop strategic customer relationships.
    • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff at all levels.
    • The ability to work according to strict deadlines.
    • A professional appearance.
    • Competent at independently planning and managing own sales initiatives.
    • A methodical, analytical approach, with fanatical attention to detail.
    • A passion for selling and exceeding customer expectations.
    • Experience in selling to the agricultural sector will be an advantage.
    • Own reliable transport together with a valid drivers license.

    **Estimated Salary Range:** R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience.
