MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
FOOD MANUFACTURING environment

- Good understanding of
PASTRY/RAW MATERIALS:
- Strong knowledge of
GMP, FSSC 22000 & Food Safety
Regulations
- MS Office Package (
Excel, Projects, PowerPoint)
Food
Management System
- Reporting on GMP's and trends
MUST be willing to travel Locally & Internationally, if and
when required
- Clean Credit & Criminal Record
- Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle
