FOOD & NUTRITIONAL SCIENCE / FOOD TECHNOLOGY /

QUALITY

  • MINIMUM 8 Years' experience
    MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
within

FOOD MANUFACTURING environment

LABORATORY

  • Good understanding of
    PASTRY/RAW MATERIALS:
Meat, Dairy, Vegetable, Fats and Dried Spices

  • Strong knowledge of
    GMP, FSSC 22000 & Food Safety

Regulations

  • MS Office Package (
    Excel, Projects, PowerPoint)
    Food

Management System

  • Reporting on GMP's and trends
-
MUST be willing to travel Locally & Internationally, if and

when required

  • Clean Credit & Criminal Record
  • Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle
