Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.

You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We expect you to have knowledge of full generalist HR functions.

You'll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.

You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you'll also act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
