    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Matched Business Partners. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will have a strong focus on managing bulk recruitment initiatives, collaborating with hiring managers to identify and fill critical roles efficiently and effectively. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring that our company attracts top talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and Screening Candidates
      • Identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and our company website.
      • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews to assess candidate fit.
    • Full-Cycle Recruitment
      • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including background checks, reference verifications, and negotiating compensation packages.
      • Ensure a smooth transition into the company by providing excellent onboarding experiences for new hires.
    • Large-Scale Recruitment Campaigns
      • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for high-volume hiring needs.
      • Oversee the recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely recruitment.
      • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure seamless execution of recruitment campaigns.
    • Relationship Building
      • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIRING MANAGERS ACROSS ALL DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION.
    • Industry Knowledge and Compliance
      • STAY AHEAD OF INDUSTRY TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES IN RECRUITMENT TO ENSURE OUR COMPANY REMAINS COMPETITIVE.
      • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL RELEVANT EMPLOYMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience
      • 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on managing high-volume hiring initiatives.
      • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING SUCCESSFUL RECRUITMENT STRATEGIES.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • EXCELLENT ANALYTICAL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
      • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM.
