Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to pension funds and retirement annuities. This includes understanding regulatory requirements, industry standards, and stakeholder objectives.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to pension funds and retirement annuities.
Data Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of pension fund and retirement annuity data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Data Modelling: Develop and maintain data models to represent pension fund and retirement annuity structures, transactions, and relationships.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes related to pension funds and retirement annuities.
Reporting and Visualization: Create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics related to pension funds and retirement annuities.
Risk Management: Assess risks associated with pension fund and retirement annuity management.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on pension funds and retirement annuities.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, including experience with SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools.
Demonstrated expertise in data modelling techniques and tools.
Knowledge of pension fund regulations, retirement annuity products, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with requirements-gathering techniques.
Proficiency in business process modelling tools and techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
